ABOUT MINT

Mint Real Estate Group Inc. was founded in 2024 by Mike and Megan Moseley, continuing a long-standing legacy in property management and real estate in the Upper Valley. Mike grew up immersed in his family’s business, Moseley Associates, established by his parents in 1985. For nearly 40 years, Moseley Associates served as a premier property management company in the region. Building on that foundation, Mike and Megan—who together contributed over four decades to the family business—acquired its sales and rentals division to launch Mint Real Estate Group.

Megan Moseley, a licensed real estate broker in both New Hampshire and Vermont, spent 12 years as a property manager and real estate broker at Moseley Associates. Megan brings passion and expertise to her work with buyers and sellers. She also oversees a diverse portfolio of rental properties across both states.

Mike Moseley earned his degree in Economics from Clemson University in 1999 and spent 25 years contributing to Moseley Associates, most recently as Maintenance Department Manager. At Mint Real Estate Group, he serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial operations and account management.

OUR TEAM

Kara Moseley, a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire, also possesses over 8 years of property management experience in the Upper Valley region between Moseley Associates and Mint Real Estate Group. Together with Megan, they form a collaborative, client-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants.

Sue Ricker, a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire and Vermont, brings 20 years of industry experience to Mint Real Estate Group. With a proven track record of helping buyers and sellers throughout the Upper Valley, Sue’s knowledge and commitment make her a valued member of the team.

John Kerber has more than eight years of experience in real estate, spanning home sales and acquisitions, property management, leasing, and construction oversight. He has managed numerous residential and commercial properties and led a wide range of projects, including new multifamily construction, additions, and renovations. John relocated to the Upper Valley from Philadelphia in 2024. He holds a BA from Haverford College, an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, and a Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification from IFMA.

With deep local roots, extensive experience, and a shared commitment to excellence, Mint Real Estate Group is building a family-owned business dedicated to serving the Upper Valley community for years to come.
