Mint Real Estate Group, founded in 2024 by Mike and Megan Moseley, brings a legacy of dedication to property management and real estate in the Upper Valley. Mike grew up immersed in his family’s business, Moseley Associates, which was established in 1985 by his parents and served as a premier property management company in the region for 40 years. Together, Mike and Megan dedicated over 40 years to the family business before acquiring its sales and rentals division to launch Mint Real Estate Group.

Megan Moseley, a licensed real estate broker in both New Hampshire and Vermont, brings passion and expertise to her work with buyers and sellers alike. She also manages a diverse portfolio of rental properties in both states, with the assistance of her sister-in-law, Kara Moseley. Together, Megan and Kara form a dynamic and supportive team, focused on providing high-quality service to property owners and tenants.

Sue Ricker, a licensed real estate agent in both New Hampshire and Vermont, brings 18 years of expertise to Mint Real Estate Group. With a successful career dedicated to helping buyers and sellers across the Upper Valley, Sue's experience and commitment make her an invaluable asset to our team and our clients.

John Kerber has been actively involved in Real Estate for over 8 years. Whether it's home sales and acquisitions, property management and leasing, or new construction and renovation, he has overseen dozens of transactions and projects both large and small. John has managed both residential and commercial properties and is familiar with all aspects of property maintenance, lease administration, and tenant relations. He has also managed residential, commercial, and institutional construction projects including new multifamily builds, additions, and apartment rehabs.John and his wife relocated to the Upper Valley from Philadelphia in the spring of 2024. John got his BA from Haverford College and MBA from St Joseph's University with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He also carries a Facilities Management Professional certification from IFMA.

Mike Moseley graduated with a degree in Economics from Clemson University in 1999. For 25 years he helped maintain the family business at Moseley Associates in a variety of ways, most recently as Maintenance Department Manager. For Mint he takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing account management and financial health of the business from behind the scenes.

With their combined skills and deep commitment to the Upper Valley, Mint Real Estate Group is building a new family-owned enterprise ready to serve their community for years to come.
